Shipping FAQ

We use expert packaging techniques for the secure delivery of your artful purchase!

  • Order Processing

    Please allow 2-3 days to process your order. We often ship items sooner, but we are closed Mondays and Tuesdays. Once your order is carefully packed, expect an email to let you‬ know your order is on the way!‬

  • In Store Pick Up

    Orders can be picked up at Elliott Fouts Gallery at 1831 P Street, Sacramento, CA 95811 from Weds - Fri 10-5 and Sat - Sun 11-4. An email will be sent when your order is ready for‬‭ pickup.‬‭

  • Refunds & Returns

    We accept returns up to 3 days after delivery, if the item is in its original‬ condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and safely shipping the item back to the gallery. Once the item is returned, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible‬ at michelle@thegallerygirl.net with your order number, photos of the item’s condition, and photos of the box. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at michelle@thegallerygirl.net.‬

International Shipping

We are now pleased to offer international shipping on Jeff's unframed prints to Canada and the UK!

Unfortunately our shop is not set up to accommodate ceramic shipments outside of the US at this time. 

However, if there is an item in stock that you'd like to have shipped internationally, please contact us directly via the button below we will do our best assist you with your request!
